CASE STUDY

Challenge:

ICS were approached by an Energy product provider to assist them with the launch of their new product.

The company was looking to outsource the work to a company to assist their internal team providing them with leads of potential clients who had an interest in the product and met the relevant criteria.

Response:

ICS recruited a team of dedicated agent to complete the campaign ensuring that they had all of the skill sets required to ensure that the campaign would be completed to the highest standard.

The client came in to the office on the day that the campaign went live and participated in training with the agents.

With a 10 strong team of agents and dedicated account managers, ICS started their campaign to generate leads of people with an interest in the product for the client’s in house sales team.

Outcome:

The campaign was deemed very successful and the leads generated for the client’s internal sales team were used to generate a substantial amount of appointments and installations of the product that ICS promoted.

Since completing the initial campaign, ICS have worked with the client on a number of alternative campaigns for other aspects of the business.

The conversion rate for the 12 week trial was 20.2% for leads generated. The client advised that the conversion rate from lead to sale was 10% but this was above their expectations.

“We were looking for a sales team to generate appointments for our field sales representatives however were unable to bring staff in house to do this. We looked at all of our options and decided that outsourcing the campaign would give us the resources that we required. ICS were able to offer us all that we required. We had a team of dedicated agents that worked solely for us and they generated appointments for two representatives over the trial period.

ICS assisted us with script writing, diary functions and worked closely both with management and also the reps to ensure that everything was going well from the appointments being generated.

Challenge:

ICS were approached by a vending machine company to assist them in generating appointments for their sales team to attend. They were completing this internally where the reps were generating their own appointments however did not find that this was a proactive use of time.

Response:

ICS assigned the client a team of dedicated agents to contact businesses to work on the campaign to generate appointments for the sales reps. ICS devised a script and diary systems for each of the reps for them to review the appointments booked.

ICS were responsible for generating all of the appointments for the sales reps – This was from the initial contact and introduction of the company to the closing of the conversation and confirmation of the appointment.

The agents contacted businesses in various locations throughout the UK and discussed with them the services that were available to them and the benefits of not using another company’s service.

In many instances, they were challenged with many objections however, the close working relationship with the client ensured that the agents had a clear and detailed understanding on the services available and were able to overcome those and convert the call into an appointment for the rep to visit and convert the appointment in to a sale.

 Outcome:

The management team at ICS worked very closely with the reps to ensure that they were satisfied with the work being completed and also to capture their feedback regarding the appointments. The client kept ICS update on a regular basis with regards to the number of converted appointments. 

The client was very pleased with the quality of work that was completed on their behalf and the number of appointments that were generated for each rep. Since the trial campaign, the client has rolled out the campaign on a more permanent basis; they have also increased the number of agents working on the campaign and also the number of reps we book appointments for.

The conversion rate for the 2 week trial campaign was 4.89%, we are currently running at 7.05% whilst is allowing the client a high ROI as the conversion from appointment to sale is 85%.

Due to contractual obligations with their potential customers a pipeline of interested companies is being built for when the companies contract with their existing supplier ends.

CASE STUDY

Challenge:

The client had a database of customers who had started their advertisement using the website but hadn’t completed this and made a payment. They were looking for third party assistance to contact each of the potential customers to discuss why they hadn’t completed the advert and attempt to upsell to them in order to get the ad set up whilst they were on the phone and take the payment.

Response:

ICS utilised a team of dedicated agents with sales background to contact each of the clients to reintroduce the company to them, discuss with them why they hadn’t completed the advert and then attempt to complete this with them whilst on the phone and taking payment.

The agents utilised our own telephony software and also the clients systems to allow them to effectively assist the customers that wanted to proceed with an advertisement.

Both ICS and client worked very closely together to ensure that the agents were able to complete the campaign to the best of their ability.

Between ICS and the client, there was a script designed for the agents to use as a guide to prompt them with the call. The agents worked as a direct extension to the company’s sales team which ensured that they were able to deliver the highest levels of customer service to the clients that they were contacting.

Outcome:

At the end of the campaign, the agents had closed over 30% of the data that was given to us by the client. Out of the 30% of the data that was closed, over 62% of people either completed the advert on the telephone, or specified a time in the future when they would be looking to do this.

The client deemed the campaign to be a success and was very happy with the results that were generated.  A conversion rate of 13.6% was achieved from the 4 week trial campaign. We are currently achieving 17% conversion rate whilst building a pipeline of interested people for future advertising.
